Who are we looking for:
A collaborative team member to be part of a dynamic multi-faceted team in the planning and design of human centric environment. You must have an empathetic and inquisitive mindset, be a self-starter, have the drive and be passionate about architecture and interior design.
The right candidate will contribute his/her knowledge and be mentored (if necessary) for areas of growth in all phases of design from concept design, through design development, detailing and to final realization of the project.
Prior knowledge in the following building typologies is preferred but not required – healthcare, laboratories, special needs facilities, nursing homes, workplace et alia and not limited to.
Responsibilities include:
Translating concept ideas into schematic design, detailed design and tender drawings and documents using BIM capabilities.
Collaboration in space planning assignments, conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction observation.
QA/QC on all the works executed by yourself and as a team.
Technical Requirements
In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit 2019 and above, with a minimum of 2 years
Obtained Autodesk REVIT certification – Basic & Advanced
Other Requirements
Singaporean or Singapore PR Only
Familiarity with local design compliance and authority submission requirements.
Ability to understand design vocabulary and languages so as to be able to translate design intent to technical drawings using BIM.
Domain knowledge in Architectural work is required
Domain knowledge in Structural and M&E work is preferred but not required.
BIM Coordination tools such as Navisworks Simulate & Navisworks Manage is required
Efficient and with good practical knowledge on non-BIM strongly preferred, such as ACAD, Sketch-up, Enscape, Adobe and Microsoft suites.
Motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team.
