This white paper presents Arch’lab’s feasibility study methodology for dementia-focused nursing homes. Grounded in clinical understanding, operational realities, regulatory context and evidence-based dementia design, the paper explains how care models, resident experience, safety, dignity, phasing, cost and spatial suitability should be assessed early.
